Artist's Biography

"Hire me, I'm fun!"

I'm a jack-of-all trades when it comes to art. I'm always learning new programs, experimenting with new styles, and looking ahead for what's coming next. Art is my life and my life is full of excitement. That's why my resume says, "adventures" instead of "job experience."

After eight years in the industry, I have the positive attitude of a recent grad and the ingenuity of a seasoned professional. I'm the perfect package for a company looking to expand in any and all directions.

I grew up in Delaware, the youngest of four. I've had a life long interest in art and design. In my early years I would paint and color on just about anything. In fact, one of my older brother's is a designer as well.

There wasn't a kid in my kindergarden class who didn't have one of my drawings of Woody Woodpecker. My interest in animation was quite obvious from the start. I would often demostrate to the other kids how to draw the characters as well.

It wasn't long before I began to enter and win local and national art contests. As I got older, I also learned computers and programming, winning second place in the state at age ten.

Theater and dance were also passions of mine. I performed all through school doing acting, set design, photography and lighting, choir, and advertising campaigns. I graduated high school early, with honors and was eager to begin more advanced training at Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida.

While completing my various studies at Ringling, I participated in the STAR theater group and we produced a film called, "Walkin' On Sunshine," for local release. During the summer months I had internships learning game design and toy package design. It was a dream come true. I was already getting paid to do what I loved!

My college thesis project, "A Narrow Martian of Error," recieved many high honors and went more places around the world than I'll probably get to in my lifetime. It was released on Odyssey Productions' "Computer Animation Marvels." You can purchase a copy online.

While working at Flite 3 Studios in Baltimore back in 2001, I applied to be on Survivor. I wasn't chosen, however you can see my application tape here.

I joined 'The Voices of Victory' choir at a local Baptist Church but left when everyone was suddenly aware that I was Catholic. I love creating costumes for Halloween, singing karaoke, and getting a Chai Latte when I can. I'll tell you more as I write the book. *wink*

Thanks for your interest in my work. There's so much more to the site. Be sure to come back often for news and updates!

Meniere's Disease

In January of 2003 I was diagnosed with Meniere's Disease. Just a little thing I share with Vincent Van Gogh! I haven't spent a day letting it get me down. If you heard about me from one of the many Meniere's sites out there, you can view my page all about my experiences here. Thanks!

Project Time Warp

When I was in 5th grade, a time capsule was buried at my elementary school to be unearthed in the year 2000, and then forgotten by practically everyone. This is a passionate side project of mine that keeps falling flat on its face and this site was established to document my attempts at digging it up.

I feel its the community's and the school's responsiblity to unearth it, or else I'm to believe that little children everywhere are being lied to with each time capsule buried! Who would do such a thing!?

I have yet to generate the interest or information necessary for the time capsule to be unearthed. Mark my words though, I will be there when its brought up! If you'd like to help, please visit Project Time Warp.
